Marty is a business lawyer with extensive experience litigating all types of difficult situations that businesses face.  He is also a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate difficult contracting and employment law matters.
Marty is a two-time graduate of the University of Notre Dame.  He earned his undergraduate degree in 1992 and his law degree in 1995.  He clerked for two Federal judges after law school.  He began private practice and has 20 years of experience trying cases, negotiating settlements, arguing appeals, obtaining injunctions, arbitrating disputes, and advising clients on how to avoid disputes.
Marty is currently serving as the Chair of the Litigation Section Council of the Ohio State Bar Association.  He is one of three founders of the Ohio Civil Justice Reform Task Force.  He is a past president of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court in Dayton.  From 2013-2016, he served on the national Board of the Notre Dame Alumni Association.
